Refund & Cancellation Policy
To maintain the high level of preparation and technical precision required for world-class events, our refund policy is as follows:
Services Rendered: All fees associated with services already performed—including but not limited to site surveys, custom lighting plots, pre-event technical programming, and design consultations—are strictly non-refundable once the work has been completed.
Event Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding non-refundable deposits and labor already rendered. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable, as this period covers the dedicated reservation of specialized inventory and the scheduling of technical crew.
Hardware & Digital Products: Physical hardware may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in its original packaging (subject to a restocking fee). Due to the nature of digital assets, software licenses and firmware activations are non-refundable once issued.
